Kenneth Browning Prince, DDS

I am an eternal optimist and enjoy each and every day. I grew up in the snow of Park City, Utah and traveled to Arizona and then California for school. Upon graduation I traveled around the world for ten months with a backpack. I have now settled in San Jose where my wife and I are raising our five children. I am a certified sports nut. You will find me in my spare time playing sports like tennis, baseball, roller hockey, football
or mountain biking with my family. When my wife and I find some alone
time we hit the golf course.
Professionally, I graduated from the University of the Pacific School of
Business in 1991 and the Dental School in 1997. I am adamant about
continuing education and have completed courses for aesthetics from some
of the best in the world; the Rosenthal group of New York and the Las
Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies. Through these institution I
have graduated to the level of Master Aesthetic Dentist. This allows me a
confidence and knowledge to create fantastic smiles for my patients. I am
certified with Lasers, Invisalign, and proficient with the Cerec CAD/CAM
technology which allows me to fabricate crowns in a single visit. I love
my work and am extremely proud of my team and their commitment to our
patients.
Elena Torres
Treatment Care Coordinator
My primary responsibility is to help coordinate the schedule for Dr. Prince, along with maximizing insurance benefits for our patients. I also take a lead role in keeping our office in the for front of the most current sterilization and sanitation techniques, and provide daily monitoring of these techniques. I coordinate frequent training for all team members in this area to meet or exceed OSHA health standards.
I am a very optimistic person and I make sure that it is evident to every person around me. A positive atmosphere at work is very important for me, so I feel that my biggest responsibility is to help create an energy full team culture, so every team member is happy at work. This leads to a much more pleasurable experience for our patients.
A positive patient experience is our benchmark by which I evaluate our success. I take great pride in overseeing that every aspect of your dental visit is handled in a timely, warm, and professional manner. I focus on our patient's needs and wants to provide the most suitable treatment while making it affordable.
My husband and I
have two wonderfully daughters that we enjoy very much. I love to watch
them play with each other. In my spare time I put my green thumb to good
use and spend time in my garden.
Alicia Rodriguez
Patient Care Coordinator
My primary responsibility is to provide exceptional care to our patients while assisting Dr. Prince with treatments and procedures. I take special care to disinfect and sterilize each operatory to the highest standard. Further responsibilities are to review charts and be aware of any concerns that our patients may have. During treatment we strive to deliver the best quality dentistry and I support Dr. Prince by updating the health history, taking all necessary x-rays, sterilizing instruments and preparing treatment rooms for appointments. I actively participate in the achievement of patient satisfaction by providing undivided attention and focus on our patients wants and needs.
To ensure a high level of patient service we work together as a team by being ready and on time for patient's appointments so that they have a positive experience in our office.
Working with our patients daily and exceeding their expectations is what truly makes my job rewarding.
My hobbies include spending quality time with my son at waterbabies and scrapbooking.

Hi, I’m Celina!
I am the newest member to join this remarkable team of professionals. Prior to working at Prince Dental Care, I was employed at a high tech company in the Silicon Valley for several years. As rewarding as those years were, I decided I needed a change in my career.
Working here at PDC is very challenging but enjoyable at the same time. My main responsibilities include - but not limited to - coordinating all of the scheduling for our hygienist/s. In doing so, I assist our patients to ensure that they are selecting the most convenient appointment time for them. Patient satisfaction is of my utmost importance, knowing that we have gained the trust of our patients is undeniably rewarding.
I have an adorable little girl who loves playing with our German Shepherd, Lucky. My husband is not only hard working, but fun-loving as well. They both mean the world to me. I also enjoy spending time with my dearest of friends, hosting bbq’s, going to the movies, photography and collecting Mexican art!
